Backerkit Doesn't Recognize My Email Address

Tried logging into Backerkit to see your shipping status, add to your pledge, or get your digital rewards and got a "user not found" sort of error? Don't fret, there's a couple of reasons this may have happened.

AppleID Issues

It's possible that you used AppleID when you pledged on Kickstarter or when you did the survey for Backerkit. This means there was a random generated email that was created with AppleID. You'll need to email us your Kickstarter Backer number.

Backerkit's User Interface

Backerkit's website is a little confusing to some. It's possible you accidentally signed in or attempted to sign in on the Creator side. Please use either the Kickstarter Project unique Backerkit URL or this general Backer's Login.

Different Email Address

It is possible that you used a different email address for Backerkit, or it is an old one that you no longer have access to. We are able to change the email for you to a more active one once that's figured out. If you don't recollect what email address was used originally, or if it's a possible case issue of using AppleID, then in either case we recommend obtaining your Kickstarter Backer number.
