My item(s) arrived with damage. What can I do?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will accept damage claims for 7 calendar days following the delivery of your order. 


If your order arrived containing damaged item(s) and you did NOT purchase Route protection:

 

To file a damaged item claim and request a replacement, please fill out THIS FORM. You will be asked to provide photos detailing the reported damage, so please have those ready to go at the time of filing. 

*Please be sure your mailing address is COMPLETE and correct before submitting your form.*


Once the form is complete it will be reviewed by our team. If your item(s) are eligible for a replacement, your order will be placed! If your order is not eligible, we will reach out to you directly with more information.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your new tracking information.


If your order arrived containing damaged item(s) and you DID purchase Route protection:


Please submit a Damaged Item Claim with Route directly by clicking HERE. Your claim will require you to submit photos of the packaging and item(s), and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.


If your order has defects or manufacturing damage, please email us at info@magpiegames.com and we will assist you.


Please note these important exceptions:

Deluxe Dice Set (Obsidian Dice) Avatar Legends

If your order of Deluxe Dice includes damage to individual dice in your set, please fill out this FORM and include the following in the notes.

  •    Which of the  dice is damaged/ needs replacement. 
    (please see Deluxe Dice Identification Guide for help identifying which of your dice is damaged.)

  •     Describe the damage to each die, and include photos of each damage reported.

Dice Damages must be reported within 7 calendar days to qualify for a replacement.
