My order arrived and is missing items. What can I do?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you are missing anything in your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will accept missing item claims up to 7 calendar days following the successful delivery of your package. We can provide EITHER a refund for the missing item or one replacement shipment of your missing item. Please submit all missing item reports to Magpie Games directly, as Route Protection does not cover missing items.

If your order arrived and is missing one or more items

 

To request a replacement for items that should have been included in your order, but were missing, please fill out THIS FORM.

*Please be sure your mailing address is COMPLETE and correct before submitting your form.*


Once the form is complete it will be reviewed by our team. If your item(s) are eligible for a replacement, your order will be placed! If your order is not eligible for some reason, we will reach out to you directly with more information.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your new tracking information.

If you received an incorrect item in place of a missing item:

Please let us know in the form NOTES which item(s) you received in error. In some cases, we may ask you to do us the courtesy of sending the items back to us using a pre-paid return label.
